But it's not the only one thing that email clients will look like and immediately place your email to spam, no. If your sender reputation is great and you send great emails all the time, you can still use spam words and all will be ok.

Recently, in my company we were preparing the email with phrase "money back guarantee". I'd like to change it but it was no real alternative, so we decided to keep it.

During the testing, I've got alerted that "Hey, you do have some spam words here!"

Even the overall rate for email was a little decreased:

It didn't stop me, since I knew we are in a good shape with this domain and brand reputation.

And we did send it!

Results?

We didn't fall to spam. In fact, our email campaign got higher than average open rate and CTR.

So sometimes, when you are actually sure – you do can use spam words. Just make a proper testing before sending this email. Good luck!
